just wanted to let you know how helpful Philip was regarding our photos from the TRASA show. First I couldn’t figure out how to get me free image. Philip helped with that. Then we discovered Bruce had downloaded an image before realizing he was choosing the “one.” Philip was nice enough to send us the correct file.

We are very happy with this benefit from TRASA, and with the service that Philip provided.

This means a great deal to me. I am self-conscious about my crossed eyes and struggled to look directly at the camera and get them as straight as possible. I think my wandering eye is least noticeable.
